Platform complaints

Bugs, payment issues (platform fees), login problems, or incorrect page content can be raised with VisaWiser support.

  • We’ll acknowledge and investigate.
  • We’ll fix platform issues and communicate updates.
  • We do not “handle” immigration advice disputes.
Advice complaints

Complaints about the quality of immigration advice should be directed to the adviser and their regulator (OISC/SRA). VisaWiser is an introducer and is not responsible for advice outcomes.

  • Contact the adviser first (professional complaints process).
  • If unresolved, escalate to their regulator.
  • Keep written records of communications.
